Per Terry Jones HHD- I am following up on a complaint for 6210 Southbrook St, 77087. The recent service request was 20200672. The main was holding at manhole sb092070. It was cleared on 2/15/22. The manhole is holding again at time of current investigation. Please see pictures. It is causing residentÆs cleanout to hold. Can we please provide assistance and relief to the main line? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
