Previous notes from 05/02/2019Case ClosedService Request ResolvedI47 on a site visit. Upon arrival, this is a newconstruction project with permits. I47 talked to the complainant and he stated the issue is in the alley behind the fence. The builder didn't spread the dirt. I47 drove around to the alley and I47 observed the dirt hasn't been spread out to drain properly. I47 called the builder, and he stated he hadn't had an opportunity to address the issue but he aware of it. Builder also stated it
Has had drainage issues bc of the construction. He spoke with the investigator on Monday, she stated to call back if he floods again. Due to the rain last night, his backyard has now flooded again.
Causing caller's yard to flood from inputting too much dirt on the construction property
