Let me just say...you get what you paid for. We moved here because it's close to school and the rent was within our budget ($585 for a 440sf studio apartment, not too bad). Water and gas is paid, so total rent with utilities would add up to around $700 for us. This is a really old apartment that was renovated a few years back. Everything is so old and on a rundown. When we first moved in the fan was broken, some electrical outlets were not working, and the ceiling of the closet was leaking water. It took them over 2 months to fix those. And shortly after, my closet got flooded because apparently some pipe underground was broken. This complex claims to have management on property and have maintenance even after business hours. I called the maintenance guy and the office emergency number many times but no one picked up at first. I then went to the maintenance guy's unit next door and saw him in there through the window, I knocked on the door but he just refused to open the door. I then called him again the next day and he finally said he would come. He came to check it out and but didn't say if he was gonna fix it. I had to call him again after he left but he rudely told me to never ever call him again. The pipe got fixed couple days later but they were rude and unprofessional. It just seems to take them forever to get something fixed (1-2 months) unless it's something urgent like a leaking roof or A/C is out. The two ladies in the office do have a good attitude but they seem to keep forgetting about stuff. I can understand because they do have a lot of residents to manage but maybe they should hire more staff so people can get taken care of. This apartment is just so old that everything keeps breaking. When we moved in the bathtub and bathroom sink were simply repainted to cover the old stain. Really gross and looked trashy. The neighbors are mostly immigrants and the ------. Our packages were stolen multiple times from our porch and this one time when we were at home someone attempted to break in. The gate is open 24/7 so security is a joke. There is trash everywhere despite the trash guy cleaning every week because of the ------ residents here. I wouldn't suggest anyone move here if you can afford somewhere else.

I have been living at the Villas apartments for about 3 years now, and in the past I have had some issues with getting stuff done in my apartment but since the new management has taken over they have been taking care of the things I have been calling for and the improvements on the property are looking a lot better. If it continues to improve I will renew my lease when it is up, the location is great and my apartment is big. I don't have any complaints and I would recommend my family and friends to move here.

I lived there 2003-2011. During those 8 years I only had one incident when I found my car with it's window smashed. I can't say much about the staff since they keep changing them frequently. Overall, It is a good place to live economically.

I recently renewed my lease at the Villas and just fell in love with the upgrades that were offered to me when I signed the renewal! The quality of workmanship is awesome and the manager was very helpful in helping me choose them, so helpful that I ended up choosing them all! I couldn't resist and it's like living in a brand new place. Before the upgrades, my apartment was very nice, but now it should literally be put in Better Homes & Gardens. Words just can't express how happy I am and would recommend The Villas to both Family and Friends!

Very nice, clean apartments. Apartments are close to my school so that wasn't a problem. Very quiet complex there was never noise at night. Staff was very professional and respectful. Highly recommend this complex.

Feeling great that I have my own place, I have a 1 bedroom Townhome with a half bath downstairs, feels like a mansion. I have a lrg. living room area, breakfast bar and dinning area with Wood laminate flooring. Not to mention two closets, one is walk in closet. The community is really quite, not much to complaint about.
