The vacant lot is owned by an individual who owns a roofing company and dumps the used roofing materials, along with trash onto the grounds. Therefore, the complainant doesnÆt feel that itÆs illegal dumping, but just an individual thatÆs utilizing the property for a business dumping site. The complainant explained this has become a nuisance within the community. ThereÆs a fence covering the vacant lot, but anyone can see the hideous site.
