I know the city just cleared this ditch yesterday, but someone has already dumped more trash.
This is an ongoing issue. There is more trash/garbage that has been dumped in the ditch on the corner of Caplin St and Kashmere St.

Illegal dumping is occurring regularly at the corner of Caplin & Kashmere streets. There is a vacant lot and I believe the address is 6115 Kashmere St. Trash is deposited on a weekly basis at this location. Often by the same residents of the neighborhood. Observations of the dumping have been made by myself and neighbors. The residents living at 6221 Kashmere are bringing their trash there regularly. neighbo
