These apartments are not good , they never do there jobs around here . A.c not working I have over a week that's it's not working . And I have a baby . Alots of vehicles have been stealing and Rob from . It's ridiculous. The office say they want to keep our kids and stuff safe but yet it's not . It's really not helping it's sucks .

<br>These apartments are older, the rooms are spacious and the location is right in the middle of a wonderful subdivision named Idylwood (one of the best kept secrets in the eastend); however, over the years the apartments have evolved into a ------ / barrio. The landscaping and surrounding office complex have gotten seedier and seedier. It is a shame that a developer does not come in and either level the entire complex (office complex included) or undergo a major renovation. The location is only 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Houston and another 15-20 minutes to the Medical Center. It is near the University of Houston and Rice University is another 20 minutes away. The way it is now my suggestion is DON'T LEASE HERE ! I enjoyed many years here in the early years of Maderia East (previous name) and later at the present name. However, with each new owner and management the complex just went downhill ----
