I have lived here for 2 years and been very happy. It is a great location, close to work and Galleria. A lot of people who live here work at restaurants or clubs and come home later at night. If you are looking for a complex with no activity you should probably live farther away from town, but if you are young and like activity it's a great place.

I have lived here for 2 years and over the past 6 months things have gotten much better. For this side of town and this area they really try to keep things quiet and clean! I will be staying for a while. Good maintenance man.

I was a security officer there for years. Crack heads all over the place. Prostitutes walking the complex all night. Poor maintenance.

This is the worst place to live in the whole of the US. There are roaches, bad ordor 24/7, drug people and prostitutes, horrible environment. At one time, they were unable to pay their light bills and we did not have water and security lighting for 3 days. The place reeks.<br>Don't attempt to near this place. Its completely messy. I did not need anybody to tell me scram when my lease was up.
