this is between 611 and 613/ residents at 612 is beleived to be the ones dumping debris in the ditch and on vacant lot
Pile of construction debris and port-o-can on the side of the property left by construction company. Trash also being dumped on the vacant lot next door. Caller will report it with Rat on a Rat. Construction company is Contemporary Builders, 281-236-9100.
