This place is the worse EVER!!! The neighbors are horrible... loud with no consideration for you or your belongings. You tell the apartment manager the things that are happening and NOTHING is ever resolved. So, if you plan on moving to Fountainview Lodge... be prepared to live around a bunch of ignorant people that have no respect for you or your things...

went to lease with these apartments, i really liked it going to bring my deposit next week when i get paid, the people in the office where nice and really helpful great job fountainview lodge, they also showed me there other property on the other side and it was really nice too, i feel comfortable here.

I am moving out of Fountainview lodge because i finally purchased a home, i was asked to leave a comment about my stay here and it was great! it is an older property with some maitenance things that happened from time to time, but they were always taken care of with a quick response. Id lease here again and will refer people to this place thanks fountainview

I am so close to my job all the money i am saving in gas and everything its definitly worth it and I agree with the other person yeah its older but its got style, i have like that wood laminate flooring so to me thats as fancy as I need it my apartment looks pretty modern, no complaints from me. I think i found my home long as rent doesnt go up im here to stay. Lived at other apartments on westhiemer and they were too loud this is quiet just WHAT I NEEDED!

Its really nice i moved in about a year ago and so far so good, i have recommeded 2 other people here and hey seem to like it as well, quiet, convienent and pretty much safe if you need anything there pretty much there for you. welp, id say its a pretty damn good place close to the freeways!

This apartment complex is really small and very quiet all of my neighbors have been really nice it makes you feel like the old days when people were all friendly and the place is real peaceful, I have a one bedroom here and on the outside they do look a little older but the inside of these apartments are really really nice, so i wouldnt judge a book by its cover I was pleasantly surprised! I have lived here for over 2 years now and I have really seen a lot of improvements to the apartments here, the management staff is really nice and all of my maintenance requests are usually taken care of pretty quickly. I think that if you are looking for a place that is close to work or the freeways and is quiet and you can feel like you can leave your door open then this is the place for you. This is just my thoughts and I have referred several of my friends here too. Hope this helps you with your moving descions.

The only thing good I have to say good about them is that they are so incompetent they did not get me to SIGN A LEASE when I moved in, so when maintenence broke in to my apartment I was able to leave without being held by a lease agreement.<br>The apartments has a AC unit that drains into the tub so when you take a shower your constantly getting drip on by diry rusty water that stains the tub an ugly brownish orange color (image what it does to your skin) the property is dirty unkept, the manager Angie should be fired with her entire staff. Do not let the location fool you it is "THE ------"

This property was not doing well until new management took over around June, 2005 but now it is totally different than before. Great Maintenance and Courteous Office staff.<br>I highly recommend this apartment.

I have lived here for about 2 years and I am very disappointed with the inconsistent of management turnover. They have a new manager here by the name of Christine and she has no professionalism whatsoever. When Hurricane Rita came to Houston the lights where out in the complex for 3 days from Friday Sept. 23rd to Mon. Sept. 26th it was a terrible experience for most of the residence here and they have not once checked on us or offered relief like water or food for those days but by the 3rd of the following month they where looking for the rent. (HOW INCONSIDERATE IS THAT)?

TERRIBLE SERVICE, WORSE LOCATION, DANGEROUS AFTER DARK, MANGMENT IS PITTIFUL. THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND. THE ONLY THING THEY DO WELL IS TAKE YOUR MONEY(THEY EVEN MANAGED TO SCREW THAT UP) AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! Also, the managment are liars. They have been promising free cable for the past two years and I have to say that I payed 50.00 month so that ANY channels would come across my brand new TV. Also, the living conditions are only "livable". The appliances are as old as the structure and that goes for the A/C units as well. I am very disappointed but not suprised at the total disregard for customer service. The managment are liars and THEIVES. Thats right, when they came in to do maintnence on my unit, money and PERSONAL items came up missing. It seemed as if they went through my drawers. When I tryed to complain they accussed me of lying. I even ofered for them to come into my apartment for me to show them the evidence. BUT no. DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
