610 W 18th yard litter and leavesWill you please take a look at 610 W 18th yard. House is unoccupied and continues the build up with leaf litter. I see a yellow violation sign from September in the yard. Nothing has been done since then.
610 W 18th St has a garages that is falling apart, caved roof as well. Lots of rodents breed there. Vegetation not clean, and has a couple dead trees due to summer drought.

recently cut brush and tree limbs were stacked high across the back yard of the property along the alley. It appears they tried to create a barrier using brush and tree limbs but this is nuisance and rodent attractor. They should put up a fence if they need a property barrier, not use stacked up brush.Also, the house on this property is an eyesore. It appears to be unlivable and likely to be demolished or removed.
