Made customer contact with Ms. Keith 713-320-0702. Per customer water has been behind her house in back alley for awhile. This is not sewer. Per customer old water line in back alley may be leak from that. Please refer to water inspector.
In the alley in the back of my house, there is a river of waste water that is flowing into my backyard and my neighbor's backyard.
