The pipes are burst in the bathroom up over her bedroom and water is running inside everywhere flooding the area and the parking lot and her unit number they wanna turn the water off the repairs but the whole complex will need to be turned off the office is closed and the after hours are not answering/ talked with them last night but no one has come out./ soes not want them to turn water off because she has 7 kids
