COMPLAINANT: JOSH MARCELL - 713-702-5200. EMAIL: [email protected] FIRE DEPARTMENT TURNED OFF THE FIRE SUPPRESSION WATERMAIN, BUT THEY ALSO TURNED OFF THE PRIMARY MAIN. NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO TURN IT ON AND THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS WITHOUT WATER.
The fire department turned off the fire suppression watermain, but they also turned off the primary main. No one has come back to turn it on and the entire complex is without water.
