I will not recommend this apartment complex to any one,and these are the reasons:the unites are owned by individualizes, no one company owns all the units therefore no office on sight, the one how is in charge is HOA,that manages several other complexes in town, this HOA does not promote the well being of the property, therefore many violations occurred from drug dealing to thievery, prostitution, fighting, unleashed doges running around, felons and homeless find refuge in these apartments, unites that are designed for two people often find eight and more, and the HOA do the minimum, because their interest is tide with three to five owners how owns several unites each and there only concern is to rent there unites to anyone,no backgrounde checks,section8...,those owners do not live on primes of course, and this is not all.

I ownes an unit there and I will tell you the HOA and the management company will do it best to enforce the HOA rules and regulations and make sure you are in compliance or else they will find new tenants to replaces you. If you get involves in bad stuff like buying or selling drugs, they will make sure you are busted and cancel your lease ASAP.

Hi, I have lived in Silverfield as a owner for many years. What most tenants who are leasing do not understand is that we are not an apartment complex. Please understand that I bought and replace my own applancies, maintain my own air conditioner, etc. The biggest complaint is that an appliance breaks down and there is no one to repair it. That is correct. This is not an apartment complex. This is a condominium each unit is privately owned. If you do not understand that you are out of luck. The owner of the unit that you rented is the OWNER!! Address any complaints to the owner. The common elements are beautiful. We have a great pool with wonderful landscaping and two lighted tennis courts. The neighbors are good friendly people. Just understand that to live here you have to realize that this is a highly restricted condominum, there are things that you can not get away with that you can in an apartment complex. We are not commercial, we are a group of neighbors. Some owners have moved on and choosen to rent out their homes. It is the owner of each condo that keeps your place up. If you need something--call your owner or his agent. Lets make Silverfield a great place to live.

I have been here almost two years and I must say that yes the rent is cheap, yes you get a lot of amenities for the price, but don't let something break in your apartment because it will take maintenance months to get around to fixing it. These apartments are old and they are in need of an upgrade. All of them!

I moved into Silverfield condo back in 04.It is now 06 annd i am moving. This complex has been through too many property managers to no one on the property. I have went from paying my rent and reporting repairs to the office to mailing in my rent payment and faxing/mailing in my repairs.I stay in a 1/1 nice size w/w/d in unit, free cable, door to door trash pick up. Rent has went up and it is not worth it for where they are located and what you have to go through. Don't get me wrong i was in love with my apartment ,but now i am ready to go. Maintenance was alright, but they sucks. The people who brought the complex sucks

Silverfield is not a place I would refer anyone to live. These apts were built in the 70´s so things tend to break often which is okay if they were repaired, however it is a long and frustrating experience to get something fixed here. I submitted a request 2mos ago and followed up however no one has came to even look at my hot water heater.

When I first moved in the maintenance man ate some of my food! My walls are stained brown from water damage but no one will fix it. My freezer had mold in the vents. There was a rat in my apt! The foundation is sinking causing poor insulation and high light bills.

My entire patio had to be rebuilt due to the cracking cement but it still leans to the side.

If you have a package delivered it can take days to get it from the office because they are not open at any certain time. When you call the apt manager she can´t give you a definate time she will be there.

There is often broken glass in the parking lot from the garbage trucks. The apts are cheap, you get a W/D, free cable, covered parking, and trash pick-up but don´t count on getting anything fixed.

Plus they are starting to let anyone in, I have to listen to loud music on a daily basis and carefully walk to my car because of a huge uleashed dog from my neighbors that they let outside alot. Not to mention all the dog crap on the ground.

Don´t move here! I can´t wait until my lease ends!
