The garage seems to not be at the legal setback line. In fact it looks like no setback at all.
A construction site has been abandoned for the second time in a year or so. There is trash everywhere, a truck and trailer have been abandoned in the street in front of the property. Desperately needs to be cleaned up, and structure should be condemned at this point
