Every single car in the parking lot has a temporary tag with EXACTLY the same number. Every once awhile celebratory gunfire ruins a bunch of vehicles, so the management just print out the same fake temporary tags for all the tenants, because the cars can't pass inspection. Last year the HPD only solved one arson. This place is such a menace to society. Why won't anyone just burn it down?

I recommend you to not to live there they broke in my apartment and stold my car my TV and my son game that cost me $300. Well anyways I told the the office and they did do nothing all she did was call me a b*tch wtf is wrong with her I didn't say nothing bad to her all I said is can u plz change my lock or do something but still nothing its not a safe place there I recommend u to NOT live there NOT SAFE

I DO NOT RECOMDED RANCHO VERDE APPARTAMENTS; THEY LYE TO THE RESIDENT ABOUT EVERTHING THEY SAY THEY GONNE DO SOMETHING I THEY END UP WITH NOTHING,JUS THE RENT GOES UP ND UP AND IF YOU SAY SOMETHING TO THE MANAGERS THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT, IT SUCKS THATS WAY RENT IS SO CHEAP OUT THERE,PLUS ON THE MAIN ENTRANCE YOU CAN SEE THE HAVE HOLES ON THE ALL THE DRIVEWAY ND THEY GIVE U A STICKER FOR PARKING INSIDE BUT WHY IS ALWAYS FULL OF CARS AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A STICKER SUCKS BECAUSE I AWAYS HAVE TO PARK OUT SIDE THE BUILDING...WHEN U CALL TO OFFICE FOR A COMPLAIN THEY ALWAYS SAY OK WE GONNA DO SOMETHING BUT THEY NEVER DO BAD SERVICE I REALLY DONT RECOMENDED TO NO ONE AND THE MAINTENACE IS REALLY HORRIBLE.......THEY ARE OLD LIKE 50 YEARS OLD THEY NEED A GOOOD REMODELATION

The leasing manager here, regularly discriminates against African American applicants and the disabled. If you DO decide to apply here be prepared by coming with a print out of the Fair Housing Act and inform the manager of your rights. Be clear, and concise. Also it might be helpful if you point out discrimination on source of income if you are disabled and point to which section it is spelled out in.

While I was hunting for apartments I came across Rancho Verde and decided to check it out. While walking upto the leasing office, a man was walking out... and was upset (pissed off). I talked to the man for about 15 minuets and made a choice not to even talk to the leasing office. He said there are bugs, and lots of them. He showed me his apartment, it was very clean and also told me the maintenance staff is horrible and they'll never fix anything. The place is cheap but from this guys experience, not worth the headache.

I was promised a 1st floor apartment. The day I was to move it I was told that it wasn't ready and that I would have to take a 2nd floor apartment or nothing at all. When I move in everything was painted. The cabinets, counter tops, door knobs, the tub and shower tiles, the fridge, EVERYTHING. It's like a paint bomb went off. Rather than replace the nasty ripped up carpet they duct taped it down and sprayed it with a fabric dye to hide the stains. There were roaches everywhere and the smell from the neighbors apartment makes me gag every time I come home. The roaches are so bad that I have lizards living under my fridge that eat them. Go lizards go! So my AC broke. Four months later it still not fixed and it wont turn off. My power bill was over $300. Then the roof leaked and three months of rain has caused the ceiling over my bedroom to fall down and it still hasn't been fixed. I got a new car and asked for a new parking sticker and they refused. They said I couldn't have one. And then towed my car when it was parked in visitor parking. It cost $230 to get it back from the tow yard 1.27 miles away. Every year at 4th of July, May 5th, and New years we have lots of 9mm fireworks. The neighbors all shoot their guns up into the air and the police are nowhere to be found.

Terrible. That explains this place in one word. Cars get towed even in the "guest side parking". First day my toilet clogged up from sewage issues, the cabinets fall off maintenance takes for ever, the staff are lazy lowlife imbeciles full of lies, constant police calls are made, smelly apartment, mold under the carpets, child molesters that stare at the little girls, the staff doesn't care because they are all a drug family, don't move here at all.

i put money down for an apartment and they assured me i could move in, they told me i was denied and said i couldnt get my first months rent back so now im living out of my car until i can once again save the money up very shady business practice and definetly recomeend you look some where else the bbb has been notified and is pursuing legal avenue

Don't put an application in with these apartments. They told us the need $249.00 to run our application and called us the next day and told us our application was not accepted because I had a broken lease in my name from years back and would not refund us back any of the $249.00 . What a waste of money , they are crooks be careful .
