Everyone here seems friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. It is a very comfortable place to live. The amenities also come in handy. The grounds are kept up nicely. I would recommend this community to anyone.

When you reside here - you will fully understanding of the meaning of caring and Nobody cares. Simple as that - Pay your rent - It's all that matters! This property is older however, it is presented as an B maybe B-, style property. It really skirts to C to C- some would say D. At least there is trash pickup - that you have the pleasure of paying an extra $25.00 a mo. on top of your rent for a service that most do not use.

My leasing agent , Ms Britney was awesome she kept me posted on my application status and guided me on every step of my application I felt it was easy to move in ,clean apartment , glad I moved here everything is close to me (shopping stores) etc.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager KJ is awesome. He takes pride in his property. I have always had a great experience with maintenance. They are here within a day or two for non emergencies.

I lost my keys on a holiday weekend and the office was closed so I called the maintenance line and the manager answered my call he came an hour away and made me a new key to get into my apartment I really really appreciate that!

It has been almost a year and I have not had any major issues. They want me to type two hundred characters to talk about my experience but I can not give to much about a community I have barely lived in.

Overall, a good experience. Negatives are too many cars passing through the property blasting loud music but that's been recently addressed and hopefully will improve. A mandatory $25 a month trash valet is wasteful, as I can throw away my own trash and save $300 a year. Property is well kept, office and maintenance crews seem quick to respond. I'd recommend this place.

it's been good days and bad ones, over all. great place to call home, real close to my job and all the restaurants and shopping mall, it's just so convenient for me I don't need a car to get around, everything is close

It's been truly phenomenal.. my neighbors are wonderful people. The staff is warm, they actually listen and address whatever issue we have to the best of their ability. Some go over and beyond the call of duty. The grounds are well-kept it's a nice place to call home.

When I first moved in July 2019 the community was great. Then they changed mangers in the office and it went down hill from there. They let anybody move in, it's always trash outside. None of the pools are ever open. People blast music from 6am till 2 am everyday. The dog park is not even for the dog as people children are playing in there all the time. I would not recommend to live here. You will hate it
