I have submitted multiple work order requests, along with emails and pictures and videos about the leak. As of today the leak has still not been repaired. The property manager has promised me on multiple occasions that the leak would be repaired but it has not." Please assist.

CALLER STATED HAS BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR NOW 4 DAYS . WHEN SHE ASK ABOUT WHEN THE HOT WATER WILL BE BACK ON, THE ONLY ANSWER SHE GETS IS "I DON'T KNOW". SHE HAS PLACE REQUEST AND EMAILS AND STILL NO ANSWER. ALSO, THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE MAIN BATHROOM CEILING. Re: Health/Property violations//Attached are few photos from my previous unit. Before the "freeze" of Texas, the ceiling in my unit collapsed causing water damage. They replaced the walls and ceiling but did not clean the mold or replace the carpet. During the freeze, they told us to use the pool water, that was not cleaned by an attendant, to wash our bodies and to consume. My unit was not finished with the repairs so I had no choice but to stay with family until I was safely allowed in the uni
