Leaks of water
Cold water is coming out boiling hot water.
ceiling is leaking water and now the apartment has flooded since january 5th and they will not move her into another unit and have failed to get the roof fixed
water leaking in the apt from the ceiling, water everywhere in the apt
water leak seen in front of property on the street on both sides
water meter might have a leak, bill is coming out to almost double what it was last year
no hot water/ recurring problem

heavy trash all over the apartment complex mainly in the back
Citizen states there is mold on the wall and the apartment management only paints over it.
keeps having AC issues, and they don't come out. Made complaint last week (Wed) and nothing as of yet.

Water leak in the restroom that has not been fixed and causing paint to chip in the restroom. The kitchen sink does not work, theres no water at the kitchen sink. AC unit has a smell or rotten eggs/sewer when it comes on. Citizen has reported these issues multiple times and nothing is being done. Also management at one point offered to move her but then later backed out of that deal. Citizen is complaining of her high water bill of $130 dollars when it used to be $70 dollars and shes not able to
Microwave does not work and is having propblems with her electricity. Has already notified the apartment clomplex since October.

Several tenants are running business in the apartment units without permits. Units have a beauty salon and day care. She states that the inspector can come out to the office and they can tell him/her what units to check. She is concern about retaliation, this is why she wants to stay anonymous. She wanted me to add that the property is owned by Stonewall Properties in San Antonio Tx. She is requesting that a submit a report.
