Weeds/Trash/Stagnant Water on Property

There is a crack in the street with a steady, bubbling stream of water coming from it between 5926 and 5930. A report was called in Sunday but I never got the email. I just want to ensure its fixed before the street caves in. We noticed it at night a couple of weeks ago but as I usually work predawn to post sunset I couldn't see it clearly until Sunday.
