Along 5900 Vasser between 8200 Crestmont-Belgard, 77033 and witness a man from 5926 Beldart discarding items from is back yard onto the CityÆs easement blocking the sidewalk where the walking path where children walk to and from Mading Elementary and FM Law Park. There's also multiple vehicles parked in the city easement and front yard possibly JMVS.
