Neighbors: 5923 Katy St.Houston, TX 77007 Neighbors have an old washing machine, mattress and assorted trash in front yard (been there for years), an old dead truck in back yard (for many years) and two abandoned cars parked along Katy Street -- white Ford pickup with cattle-catcher grill on front and white VW Jetta. The car and truck parked along the street have not moved in months.Can COH please help? Looks unsafe and unkempt. The piles keep growing.
