Junk and non running vehicles being stored on this residential street for years. This has been ongoing for 20 years and nothing serious is really being done about the situation. Someone comes out,he moves junk around and then put it all back on the street. The owner is elderly and refused to remove or get rid of this nusiance. It has been a one way street on this end of the block,causing traffic jams on school days. Rodents and all other scavengers use junk as living quarters to reproduce. Pleas
