They also organize events, pool party, meals for the students in Summer time and activities for the residents, such as helping electric bill, Resident insurance, printing, copying documents and Fax. These events help create a sense of community and make living here more enjoyable. Thirdly, the environment is pleasant and relaxing, with green grass and tree shade. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful, with no noise or disturbance from neighbors or traffic. The location is also convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
