Roaches, mice, roof leaks, rude office, nasty grounds,leaches of ----------------, liers and park at your own risk!!! Me n my family are OUT!!! THIS PMACE SHOULD BE BURNED TO THE GROUND!!!!! Not to mention I gave 0 stars!! Somehow it says I gave 1 star!! NOTTTTT!!!! -0

Besides the fact that the property is not gated no passcodes to get in and low security my new car got stolen after only being there a month, the have mice really bad. Late at night i can hear bags moving from mice. I have roaches living in the cracks of my fridge i am afraid to eat any unsealed food out of it. I stilll live here only cuz its my first apt. And i dnt want any broken lease. Just last nite my papetr tag was ripped of my new car and the office seem to careless. The parking spots are so close togethr i can barely get out my car. So many residents and not enough spots but then they quick to tow ur car if u park in the wrong spot. Literally NO where to park at night. Yes it is all bills paid so how can my electricity b off and i just paid my rent. The first apt. They gave me was infested with bed bugs apt. 86 on the corner and i know they r still there b cuz they couldnt get rid of them so i could move in they just switch my apt. Now im stuck here until my lease is up

Still having nightmares through the time I lived in there:One month after I moved in the stove caugth on fire, a 2 alarm.Bedbug's infestation, very, and when I mean very it was horrible,poor maintenance.Upon moving, I was being harrassed towards moving my funiture out I lost all my belonings.Constant harrassment for money even though I moved out.Plenty of vacant apartments need's renovetion's, and extermination's.

There were a couple of really gruesome murders at Las Americans about 30 years ago, when the property was called Orchard Apartmens. Two women were decapitated. The first woman who was murdered, her head was never found. The second woman to be decapitated, the killer left the head there. These were two separate crimes that happened in the summer of 1979. The murderer has never been found.

i have seen these apartments improve over the years. The owners are very involved at LasAmericas. The rent is cheap, and the services is very good. For an older property, they seem to care more than most other apartments.

PLEASE DONT YOU EVER RENT AN APARTMENT IN LAS AMERICAS CAUSE THIS IS THE NASTIES PLACE I EVER SEEN STARING BY THE PEOPLE AT THE OFFICE AND CONTINUING BY THE PLACE IS TRASH ALL OVER , RATS,WINOS, NASTY PEOPLE , UUUGGHHH IS JUST NASTY

I rented a very nice studio for a few years and its a very nice place to live. I recommend it!

Just drive around Las Americas and you will understand. Even the Owner/Vice President/Property Manager seems like she crawled out of the gutter. She is the nastist person you will ever speak to. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. RUN!!
