Ridiculous to think that such a nice and calm area is becoming a sanctuary for thugs that walk around at all hours of the night making neighbors who have been here for years feel unsafe in their own homes hope the problem gets solved soon

I am very happy over at the Crossing a Berkley Square I’ve been here about 14 years now department manager and assistant manager is very nice and helpful and the maintenance people they are awesome it’s a safe place to live they take care all the complaints that you have and I’m very happy Hope to be here a little longer God bless

I have been wanting to post a great review and now that I have the chance I am going to give them a "5" star review! I have been a resident for over a year and I am glad I moved here. Quiet property, office staff so nice and on top of that an awesome maintenance team. Any time I email the office they are so fast to respond whether I have a concern or simply need some information. If I place a work order it gets done the same day. Property is also in great location recently a new HEB opened up just minutes away from this property and that's not all let me tell you I can't wait to see the new development of Braes Bayou along North Braeswood I love to walk on the bike trails so for anyone that likes the outdoors either for a run or a walk this is the place to move to. I leased here because this property has great reviews! I strongly recommend.

Absolutely love, love, love these apartments! I lived here from 2015-2017 (Harvey). I lived in a different community for 2 years and hated it. After living in the crossing I had high expectations. Maintenance is very prompt whenever I call about anything it's immediately handled. I never have to call about anything and if I do it's simple stuff light bulb or filter change. Community is well kept everybody very friendly. Letty (Manager) is the absolute BEST. I love her! She is very considerate, understanding, and extremely helpful. With all this being said can you tell that I MOVED BACK! Made it back in 08/2019 and it has been the exact same that I remembered it to be. I love the location it's close to work and my kids school. My experience has been quite peachy. Erika :)

MANAGEMENT MAKES MONEY ON THE SIDE BY CHARGING FOR PARKING SPACE IN ADDITION TO ALL THE OTHER CHARGES THAT ADD UP. THE PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND THE MANAGEMENT GETS A CUT FROM VEHICLES THAT ARE TOWED ON THE HINT OF A DISCREPANCY LIKE IF YOUR WHEEL CROSSES OVER THE LINE. RENT IS PAID AND PARKING A VEHICLE SHOULD BE A PART OF THE RENT FOR THE APARTMENT BUT NOT SO... YOU HAVE TO PAY $10 FOR A SPACE EVERY MONTH AND YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 2 SPACES ! THAT'S $20 EXTRA GOING TO THE OFFICE. HELP DOESN'T LAST LONG BECAUSE OF THE POLICY OF HE MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT HAS ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT TO TOW VEHICLES IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT. THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY IN WHO HAS TOWED YOUR VEHICLE OR WHERE IT IS !!!!!! I HAVE TAKEN THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND IT COST THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY A MINIMUM OF $2,000 TO HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION PRESENT AT SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I RECOMMEND YOU SUE TO RECOVER YOUR TOWING EXPENSES. THEY PAY $10.00 FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU PAY TO FILE AND SERVE THE CLAIM FOR RECOVERY OF TOWING CHARGES..... DON'T BE AFRAID EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS TO COURT FOR MISDEEDS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. YOU HIT THEM IN THE POCKET BOOK AND THERE WILL BE NO CHRISTMAS BONUS FOR BERKLEY SQUARE THIS YEAR ! THE TOWING COMPANY ONLY COMES AT THE DEAD OF NIGHT. THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND WRECKERS ARE EXEMPT FROM HOUSTON REGULATIONS CONCERNING WRECKERS BECAUSE THE TOWING WAS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF HOUSTON... YOU CAN BE HEARD AND IT PUTS FEAR INTO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO HAVE A CONTRACT BUNCH OF LAWYERS REPRESENT THEM IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE.... IT COST THEM MORE THAN THE TOWING CHARGES YOU HAD TO PAY AND ONLY IF YOU FIGHT THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL THEY RECONSIDER TOWING VEHICLES AWAY ..... THE SITE MANAGER MAKES MONEY BESIDES THE $10 A MONTH YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE.... THE OFFICE COMES UP WITH SMOKE SCREEN DIALOGUE TO CONFUSE THE ISSUE OF PARKING AS IT THEY WHO PROFIT FROM THE TOWING COMPANY..... DON'T GIVE UP[ AND DON'T GIVE IN..... FIGHT IT WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACTION.

I have been living here for almost 4 years and my family and I love it!!! We did get flooded with Harvey but the manager manage to help us as quickly as she could to get us another unit. The complex is well kept and if you have any problem the maintance crew resolves it pretty quick!!!

I love this community because it's quiet and lots of families. The maintainers are great and always stay on top of their work. I stay right by the pool, and I absolutely love my apartment. The best part is the vanity in the master bedroom. All units are updated. I couldn't say enough great things.

I love this community! So family oriented and safe!!! Staff is awesome. My apartment is upgraded and I love it. Maintenance is always very quick to fix things. It is also very safe to stay here........

I have lived here for 3 short months. The management and maintenance are always very helpful and very friendly. All of our concerns were handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Also very close to my child school.

Terrible place to live, don't move here there's always problems with the lights going off, water is usually shut down, no visitors parking at all, you pay 10$ for every parking spot you're assigned , pest fee every month for some guy to come and just spray the cracks of the kitchen and corner of your home. We get charged for this and I still find roaches everyday. We clean our apartment everyday and never have food left out, I don't know if it's because of the bayou nearby or what. Also, this place gets flooded so better pick a second floor if you want your stuff to be saved when it rains. They remodeled a couple units but, it's cheaply made. The cabinets have scrapes , the door knobs are loose, the patio has woood that's rotten. People always leave trash around the dumpster instead of dumping it inside. The staff is nice, but what good does that do? The gate doesn't always work either. You can find a way better apartment for 1000$ with two bathrooms and with an actual washer and dryer inside your unit. The washer and dryers inside the complex are always dirty and some don't even work. The place does look pretty nice, but it's not worth it once you're already living here. And these apartments don't have washer and dryer inside the units , just outside the apartment complex for everyone to use.
