MultiFamily Habitability Violation
No Hot Water - Has been an ongoing issue since march / No Notice Given // Management has been giving the run around .
Mold in walls and cabinets are falling apart.
Disabled senior citizen states large rat's, no hot water and AC not working properly. Also states office personnel is mistreating & threating her mother, states the police have been called on the manager due to unfair treatment
