CLAUDIA IS RUDE AND I BELIEVE IT WAS HERE WHO MADE THE COMMENT ABOUT GREAT OFFICE STAFF. NO WAY. THATS A LIE. THEY HAVE RATS IN EVERY APARTMENT. YOU HAVE TO PUT THE ORDER LIKE 10 TIMES BEFORE IT GETS DONE. PEOPLE CALL THE CITY HERE EVERY DAY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CRAPPY APARTMENT GO THERE. I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE NOW IM EVEN TAKING MY KID TO CONSELING BECAUSE HE HAS NIGHMARES OF RATS AND ROACHES.

and you know what who wrote that comment about "Dont make the mistake" you know you sound really peaki and if you didint like this apartment why you just dont get out pay the fee to cancel the contract and leave and yeah the 97% of residents probably dont speake spanish but guess if they would be able to they would talk good about this aparments bcuz who make an apartment a place to live good and clean is you not the staff they try to take care of everybody in this apartments but whit pleople like they will have to be into you cuz you are a hater and you will look any change to bring them down so please dont hate and if you want a guy manager you most be so dang lonely so please dont hate girl dont hate get out...its all i got to say thank you so much and staff keep it up cuz you and us are the ones who make this place look better

This property got new staff and they have been working really hard to make the property look and feel better.... it is working. Most of the residents are happy with the changes, we are seeing that the property is having a great outgoing with all the changes. THIS manager is actually dulce(sweet) like her name, she cares about the residents and takes care of their needs. You should come and see for your self!

The apartments are great as well as the staff in the office. They are really good about getting the work orders done. Its a place to call home!!!

I live in this apartments and the only reason why im still here is because my lease is not over. Coming to live here only to save a couple of bucks was the worse mistake I made. I just read a comment that someone wrote about the crime and office personal. Well thats all a lie. I bet it was someone from the office who wrote that, because the message talks good about the employes. Thats a lie. A biggo lie. The Assistant manager name Claudia is a really mean Lady. The manager just got fired. She was another mean lady. But not as mean as the Assistant manager. She is evil and everybody in this property hates her, the only reason people dont write comments in this page is because 97 percent of this people dont speak english. The Lead Maintence is a A. Before there was another guy who was awsome. I guess the only nice people is the New Manager and a guy who cleans the property and the cleaning lady. Well but I hate this property. I do not recoment this property to nobody. Not even an enemy.

I hate the assistant manager name Claudia. There is a new manager. She looks Nice. But the Assiatnt manager should not be here. I saw her screaming at the employes. Since she came all the resident are moving out. This aoarments are full of rats. and roaches. No good maintence.

I have been living here for a good time to say that things have gotten much much better. The aprtments have new management and it got 10x's better,the mainataince workers come and do their job.. i couls it is on a 95% to 98% of noncrime. My apartment has free alarm so if anyone tries to get in it'll activate, i love it, i actually feel secure now. It's a great place to live

I have been here for two years. At first this property was horrible but now with the new office staff things are getting much better. I have seen several changes such as new fencing wood work ans less crime.

The apartment community, the staff, and the maintenance are all of poor quality. I have only lived here for a year, and have had many, many problems with my apartment. I expected that since I was getting the "Model Apartment", that there would be minimal problems, but I was wrong. The A/C drained into the bathub, which caused rust stains, the downstairs bathroom, has never stopped running. On several occasions, I have asked that they fix the dishwasher, garbage disposal, the downstairs bathroom toilet, and the drainage problem upstairs, and they all were ignored. When it rains, it floods, and when there is a heavy downpour, the toilets back up. In those cases, they have not replaced the carpet, nor have they offered to clean them. They just laughed and said that ther was too much water in the sewer system. This is something that has happened more than once. The crime in the area is unbelievable. There have been rapes, burgularies, and all sorts of crime on the complex and in the neighborhood. The only good thing about this complex, is that the rent is low, and if you can endure some of these things and maybe more, you can save quite a bit of money, hopefully, to purchase your own home.

This place is not safe. During the time I rented, I rec'd a notice on my door about two assaults that took place on the property. They took my gnat problem lightly and didn't do anything about it for months. I had roach problems during my rental period. The laundry room was hot! Washers and dryers would need repairing all the time. My windows were so thin, I can hear every sound outside my window. Nothing in the apartment was updated except for a new fridge. Cabinets, kitchen sink, stove and counter tops were at least 10-15 years old. There is nothing good about these apartments. The overall appearance is hideous. WORST EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY!!!
