Security at Lantern Village is a joke. They don't check SECURITY applicants work history very well at all. I know for a fact one Security officer LIED on his ap but they didn't check him out and hired him anyway. I know he is having sex with co workers and residents. He watches Shemale porn, granny porn obese porn teen porn and Other Porn when he is suppose to be patrolling the grounds. Then the kids get off the school bus and latch key kids wave at him as they pass by. When Rosie was presented with proof she refused to look at it choosing to protect the bogus security officer instead of the residents and their children. He is STILL "working" there. If anyone has been harassed by Lantern Village Security call the police and report it immediately. Any unwelcomed advances, intimidation, abuse of power etc. should be reported to the Police. Rosie the property manager will not protect the residents from Security so residents need to protect themselves.

Been here a little less than a few months and I can honestly say I love the place. After reading a few of the previous reviews I was a bit skeptical about moving here but for the price I was willing to take the risk. I am very happy I did. Before moving into the apartment I read the community had an insect problem so I was well prepared for the worst. Once receiving the keys to my place I could'nt find an insect anywhere. The place was cleaned really well and I could see they had taken the time to repaint a lot of the apartment. I was lucky enough to have receive all new appliances as well. I love my apartment and I think for the price it's almost perfect. I love their gym and all of the amentities that comes with the place. I really do appreciate the security officers that take the time to patrol the place, I always run into one of them while taking my dog for a walk. My biggest complaint about the apartments is the really bad parking spaces and having a hard time finding a place to park after 10pm. Most of the residents have lived here for years and are not expected to go anywhere soon, so if a floorplan you likes become available don't hesitate to jump on it. If your looking for an affordable place, in a great location and 24/7 security you have it here.

i lived one year in that (jail) worst place ever nonprofessional management office my heater stopped working 8 times when it was freezing in the winter one time i stayed 3 days without heat and the stupid manager she said i am old enough to do what i want . i told her i will make sure none of the people i know will rent in your property and i will write a nice review about the customer service another thing the security guards think they are correctional officers very rude people . so stay away of that place

It's the closest experience to being in jail .... The security dose there job as correctional officer in jail. If you by any case divert from there protocol, even by mistake, you don't get any curtesy for explanation from the guards or the office. They will order you or yell at you, like you are in jail. If that's what you looking for it's the perfect place. And if anything happen to your car at night, weekends or any time of the day, good luck to you, just like "Vincent L" mentioned above, you cannot tow your car to the property not even for a day, for you to figure out what to do. And they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you plan to move inn to this apt ...pack up dame good patients and try it for 6 month 1st. I wouldn't suggest it to get locked up for a year .....It doesn't worth it.

Rude unprofessional property manager. She has a slum lord mentality. Stay away from this apartment unless you want to live with roaches.
