Well! I've been reading this comments what the people is putting on line. I hate when likes to talk to much mess that they can not say nothing face to face. But like they like to put people down if they don't like living there they need to leave don't wait for there lease up. I'm going to tell yea about my experience in the apartments they respect me and my husband and kids. When I need something fix they come right away. And everyone in the office there really nice and yes they do know English and Spanish so I don't understand what's the people's problem. And who ever needs to put a comment have the balls to put your name or number.

Were Ms Sharen at? Ms Sharen took care the apartments and helped me so much. She be working wit me wen I need help she help me. The place has alot of extra parking spots now and it be dark at nite, people be leaving this place since that other lady came. The white lady was rude and did not fix my ac and ice box wen i needed it fix. the police be here everyday now! Ill be movin out as soon my lease up!!! No one here speaks english now. It be feeling like they dont kno what Im saying. Them pple in the office be talking w drug dealers and they wander why ther be crime in this place. Im not the smartest persan but I can tell you wat the problems be! It starts with yo workers! I work and pay my bills I ait never late and I will be movin outta here as soon as I can!!!

Well people I love the people who helped us got the apartment There awesome people there's no complains from me or my family at all. So from I'm a happy person that I moved to this apartments. I love all the girls who works in there. So people if yea don't have nice things to say don't say nothing at all. Thank you very much.

MS SHARON IS NOT A BAD PERSON SHE HELP ME SO MUCH WITH MY APT SHE COULD HAVE PUT ME OUT LONG TIME AGO BUT SHE WORK WITH ME EVEN THO SHE HAS A MOUTH ON HER ITS NOT BAD THATS IF YOU DONT TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY N THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY COOL YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT THEY ARE SENDING THE MEN TO FIX THINGS N YOU ALSO HAVE TO UNDERSTAND YOU CANT JUST GO IN THEIR CUSSIN N FUSSIN WONTED SOMTHING DONE RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY THEY ARE FIXING THINGS AND CLEANING IT UP I DONT HAVE ANY PROMBLEMS WITH THE APTS ALL NO NOSIE AT NIGHT THESE APTS ARE NOT BAD AT ALL IF ANYONE NEEDS A APT I WOULD SEND THEM HERE I CAN GO ON N ON BUT I REALLY DONT LIKE POSTING THING TO ME THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE N I ENJOY LIVING HERE:):):):)

I live at this apartment complex and the only person who did any thing was Sharon the assistant manager Vanessa always send her husband to do work orders in people apartment and thing come up missing.

I have been living in the property of almost three years now nothing is ever done to my apartment like they said they were I recently went to the office and talk to the lady that was there all she said was iam send some one over they did but the maintance guy just went and said that he was going to come back but never did that's the second time he says he's going to come back and never does and he always looks like hes under the influence on drugs and its been like a week n he hasent came back I went to the office again to complain and told the so called assistant manager she was just really rude raising her voice at me on top of that they say that there going to clean the property but yet I have seen the lady in the office and one of maintance buying drugs in the property they think us the resident don't see what's going on but we do I wouldn't have someone work on the property who consumes drugs and doesn't know how to treat the residents with proper aditute

i have lived in this property for almost three years now. my appartment hasent beeen fixed like they said it was. it takes them months just to come in my appartment and when they do the maintance guy looks like hes really under the infulince of drugs. on top of that he dosent even fix anything he always says he going to come back to fix the leak and never does and when i go and complain to the office i went sytraight the the assistant manager and she acted like she dident even care and was really rude . all she kept saying was i send him right never but yet he never came back and it been 3 days since that i have noticed that they been trying to clean the appartment complex but yet i have seen one of the maintance guy and the lady from the office buying drugs in the property in a white truck they think people dont see anthing but we do if they want to get rid of drugies in our property first set an example and then open ur mouth you should be ashamed of half of the things you do . really bad assitant manager and maintance people

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING(EVEN WHEN THERE OVER THE PHONE)!!!!! I CALLED THE OFFICE TODAY TO GET RENTAL INFORMATION AND WAS GREETED VERY RUDELY BY SHARON. ME: HELLO, IS THIS NORTHWEST PINES APTS....SHARON: WHEN I CAME IN THIS MORNING IT WAS....ME:SILENCE LONG PAUSE, I WASN'T READY FOR THE RUDENESS. SO I PROCEED TO ASK MY QUESTION AND SHE PROVIDED ME WITH THE INFORMATION, BUT THE TONE WAS ALREADY SET. AFTER READING THE COMMENTS I SEE WHAT SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SAY WAS THE RETREAT AT ETC.... NOTE TO SHARON: YOU HAVE A VERY HEAVY ACCENT/HEAVY TONGUE IM SURE YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY YOU NEED TO SLOW DOWN WHEN TALKING BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE JIBBERISH WHEN YOU DON'T. IF YOU DIDN'T FEEL LIKE BEING AT WORK DON'T COME I'M SURE THERE'S PLENTY OF PPL THAT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOUR JOB. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: SHARON NEEDS SOME TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEEDS TO POLISH UP ON HER PPL SKILLS, I FEEL SORRY FOR THE TENANTS WHO LIVE THERE THEY HAVE TO ENDURE THAT NASTY ATTITUDE ON A DAILY BASIS. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WON'T BE VISITING THIS PROPERTY AGAIN SHE SET THE TONE.

The leasing management has changed three times in the year an a half that I resided at this complex. Maintenance requests are not met in a timely manner. I had a stopped toilet for a week. I also had leaks in the pipe under the bathroom sink. Busted pipe two times in the kitchen/dining area. I have contacted the TAA and voiced my dissatisfaction with this apartment complex.

Northwest pines/Retreat on Roslyn are the most disgusting unprofessional apartments I've lived in. I have a kitchen full of roaches, no matter how clean the house is they are always there. The fall on you while you sleep in your room. They have mice. The manager is rude and racist. You get hot water every blue moon. The judge asked me if I wanted to stay I told him I'd be a fool !!!
