New management team is very nice and get things done! The community is beautiful! Maintenance team is great and they are really turning things around! Very pet friendly community and love the near by little shops.

I have been a resident at bayou on the bend for a short time, but in the time that I have been here I have learned it is not what it seems what so ever!!. When you tour the community, you are under the impression that you are making the best decision of your life moving there and that you will be considered a top priority. Shortly I have come to realize, the managment could careless about your well being...they are mainly after money! You are paying so much for location and less for quality.The hot tubs are constantly broken, and or just not hott nor cleaned plus they have changed the pool rules to close at 10:00!!!! Not only that, but there is consantly dog piss in the elevators/ hall ways. Also, the management is just AWFUL!! They hired a girl who is ditsy as hell, and a blonde who is the biggest ----- on the face of earth. The ditsy one seems if she has NO CLUE on whats going on, and the very fake blonde ----- seem as if she is misreable 24/7 and is prepared to make your life just as misreable. LASTLY, things have been stolen and broken into left and right and the management shows no concern about fixing the problem. When i consulted the girls in the office about the break ins the acted as if they could CARELESS!!! If I had any advise to help this community out it would be loose the entire staff, budget in a better security system,and be more conerned about your residents well being and not your own money hunger!!

I've been a tenant at Bayou on the Bend for almost a year now and I have no complaints. My apartment is great! My view is spectacular! I have a two bedroom two bath apartment that is on two floors with high ceilings. The interiors are great quality and you don't feel like you're in an apartment. Its gorgeous! I love to sit on my balcony in the morning with my coffee and look out to the bayou and the downtown. Its so peaceful. I don't even feel like I'm in the city. Its a great location close to everything including Memorial Park. I really like that you can see people jogging by on Memorial or on bicycles. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

The suppose to be new owner for some time now has replaced the old manager with a young one and this place really sucs. We cant get any thing done around here. All maintenance does is beg steal and borrow,and get high. Its beginning to be drug infested. Check this out its suppose to be owned by a church. The manager doesnt even manage its a lot of vacancies here.Cant wait until my lease is up I wouldnt reccomend my dog to stay there. They need to get there old manager back she is the best I dont care how much they slander her she has been gone for 1 yr now and they still balme her. Its not true this place has gone to the dogs and I do mean dogs.They will jack yo rent up like you livin in river oaks some where and we live in the ------....------....Not even livin ------ Fabalous...

The apartment manager and owner are looking for opportunities to cheat tentants!! They will lie about whatever they can to save themselves money or collect more money from tentants. Most of the time the excuses do not even make sense. <br>Most residents are generally nice, but a few are basic criminals that management refuses to do anything about. Even though it is obvious what some tentants are doing.
