I still live in these apartments because I cannot afford to move away but last week a man was shot 2 times in the head in front of his apartment here. This is a very ------ complex and no repairs ever get done. the place should be shut down honestly. cock roaches everywhere.

I am 23 and I have a 2 year old daughter and husband we have lived here for 4 months and we had a water leak from garbage disposal for a month before they came to fix it, now our floor sinks in by our sink. We also are very clean people but we have an over load of nasty cockroaches, and they say they spray but they are getting worse and we have to put every bit of food in the refrigerator. we pay too much to live here in a dump full of cockroaches and on top of that we have not had water 4 times in the past month and now the water is brown. it is supposed to be included in the rent but I will be telling them to take the water off for last month due to their countless issues.

Well let me start by saying the office has diffently improved and the quality of work being done around here is looking better. The pool is sparkling again! As long as the office people keep doing there job i believe this place will continue to get better, I even feel comfortable letting my kids play outside now without worrying about all the criminal activity that use to happen around here. Well can't really complain the rent is cheap and for the price i feel this is a good place to start a family!

Well for starters after moving in I had a few issues that were needed to be fix or should i say that was suppose to be fix before i moved in then i started seeing mole and then bugs (i called them 4 times before they can to spray) and then my most recent a break in while i was at work during the daytime people are always out walking around the apartments but when i had my break in no one claim thye seen anything but the part that makes you wanna move so bad is i stay by the leasing office, parking area, mail box and pool but yet no one seen or heard anything.....and im not the only one who had a recent break in due to me over hearing other people in the leaseing office filing complants or asking for our renter insurance phone number. So sign you life away at your on convince but play it smart and dont move hear cause you will never get the help or question you needed answer by the leasing agents, apartment manager, or apartment property (alliance residental management.

I have been since December 2007 and I now have mold in my bathroom ceiling and behind my bedroom door. When i moved here I was missing some cabinet doors and it took them until the bank was comin to take pictures of the property before they fixed it. The rent is nice and cheap, but not for the headache that you may go through.

I lived her from 4/13/07-4/30/08. It was problems from the begining until the end. I asked for upstairs they gave me a downstairs apartment. They dont fix anything, you have to keep calling and calling until you give up. They might be nice, but nothing gets done but they always want the rent on time. They dont notify you when the water is going to be off or when there is going to be no hot water. Just in the last 30 days they have been trying to keep it clean and actually fixing things. but to little to late.

We thought we were moving into a decent working-class neighborhood. Well, we heard gunshots in the complex three days last week. It took them six months to do all the repairs that were supposed to be done when we moved in. The stained carpet was dyed instead of replaced after the last tenant. The doors are filled with putty where deadbolts used to be. Our upstairs neighbors (six of them in a two-bedroom apartment) were so noisy they drove us nuts (and the dad was the complex cop... thank God they finally fired him). Garbage overflows the dumpsters three days a week. The back parking lot floods every time it rains so high you need a four-wheel drive truck to leave the house. Mold is a serious health hazard here. The gates are always broken (half the complex opens onto the street anyway). All the local stores are leaving the area. There is no good grocery store for miles around. I could go on.

But the on-site staff is patient and friendly, if kind of frustrated that they don't get the money they need to clean up the place.
