I have lived her 20+ years. Been through many sets of management, maintenance employees, tropical floods, fires etc. The current management and maintenance team are truly the best yet. Issues are taken care of promptly and management is outstanding! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

There are serious issues here at Towne Lake Apartments they don't want you to know about. The management people are nice to you until you move in. Beers cans and clothes all over the grounds often. Dozens of unsupervised children roaming everywhere at all times of the day and night. Animal killer who throws the bodies in the lake. Old women walking around scaring people with a gun. Another woman so high she danced naked in public and then attempted to drown her kids in the lake. Break ins, robberies, no security, nobody is safe. Drug infested with stash houses that get invaded and murdered. Yes, the link below was Towne Lake Apartments. You can look up the police reports to verify this information. Been living here for about a year and a half. Its been wonderful, no complaints up until this past week. Miss Desiree in the office was very rude regarding a parking spot issue that ended up being their fault and she was very reluctant to assist me in fixing this issue or explaining why they were charging me for 2 spaces yet saying I was only paying for 1 spot. The way she handled the call was very unprofessional and disheartening considering I thought they were better. Not to mention the constant break ins, the murder that made the news or the crazy lady who tried to drown her kids. Stay here at your own risk.

I wanted to take some time to write my TRUTHFUL and unbiased review over my two months living here. I guess the term, "you pay for what you get" is most appropriate for these apartments. At first glance and during the whole sign up process, the apartments seemed great. The unit we would be staying in would be a 1 bedroom, 1 bath lake view unit. The leasing process went by smooth and within a matter of minutes we were approved for our new little "home", but that's about everything that went by smooth. Within a few days, our "newly renovated" apartment home's AC stopped working. It took us about 5 different times to get someone to come fix it. Shortly after our Heater went out and we started having issues with our shower and toilet... Still waiting on word from the office on when those will get fixed mind you it has been 2 months.... Aside from our maintenance issues, it took 3 weeks for us to receive an assigned parking spot that I WAS MORE THAN WILLING to pay for! I ended up reaching out to their corporate office to finally get an assigned parking spot. Even being inside the gates, safety is still a concern. I have found various beer cans and syringes with needles near my car and my apartment unit. A handful of my neighbors have shared with me that in order for them to feel safe they must carry their pistol. I pay way to much money for my time here to be less than pleasant. Yes, having a pond in the back is nice, but it seems as if all the other management and property issues overshadow that particular amenity. Speaking about amenities... Don't visit the gym, just purchase a gym membership. There are about 4 cardio machines in there, and only 2 seem to work decently. Haven't gone to the pool yet, I figured by the way the rest of the property was kept up with, the pool might not be the cleanest. WE NEED A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER ASAP!!!! Please take my advice and do not sign a lease here. I will be in contact with my attorney, as dealing with this place is way to stressful. Just wanted to find a decent place to call home. Renter Beware!

Ms carolyn an the rest of the staff memebers are great. They work with you and more i think ms Carolyn is the ---- i give?? ?? ?? ?? ?? u have been a true blessings to me wen i need something done they get to it unlike most apts maintenance is well grounded with making sure whatever is needing fix is done customer service very good i cant complain town lake has been good to including ms carolyn i love her to the fullest thank u and. Thank u town lake ??????????????????????

PLEASE SAVE YOUR SANITY, SAFETY AND MONEY. STAY FAR AWAY.. THERE HAS BEEN A SHOOTING AND KIDS ASSAULTING AN ELDER LADY YET MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO INFORM RESIDENTS. SINCE I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT SEVERAL THINGS I AM NOW BEING RETALIATED ON AND JUST IGNORED. IT IS NASTY AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY VALLET TRASH PICK UP TO WAKE UP DAILY TO DUMPSTER OVERFLOW AND JUST GROSS. I have mold they've been ignoring, safety issues they ignore and the list goes on and on. I was threatened for a previous review yet they respond to everyone else. Seems kind of fishy and I am being singled out and it's called landlord retaliation. I pay more than my neighbors who's upgrades have been completed etc. unsafe Discrimination I have been threatened by a resident more than once, and I've reported it with pictures and video. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE EXCEPT MY CAR HAS NOW MORE DAMAGE.

All around nightmare and a bunch of fake liars in the office. High crime dirty nasty smelly and everything BAD. TRUST ME YOU CAN GET A MUCH BETTER PLACE AND HONEST MANAGEMENT YOUR CAR WILL GET HIT SCRATCHED AND MORE AND EVEN TAKE PICTURES FOR PROOF BUT THEY DO NOT CARE. ALSO IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY MAKE EXTRA SURE TO IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS AND HARASS YOU.

I have lived here almost three years andI love it! I believe this complex is one of the best values in the area. It's clean, safe and the apartments are nice. It's a diverse community, mostly single working folks and families. Some children live here and play around the lake and grounds, but no activity at all at night.We have new management that have already begun making positive changes and upgrades. If your'e looking for an apt, you should seriously consider living here.

We have rented here for 4 1/2 years. The apts have been recently remodeled completely on the outside & some on the inside including ours. Anytime there is a small problem & we notify the management it is taken care of promptly & we are notified when finished. The 3 onsite very professional staff is very knowledgeable about the property & keeps us informed of happenings at the complex. The maintenance dept tries very hard to keep the property clean as well as the lake area landscaping but some residents do not like to help in keeping it that way. We are very satisfied with the apt & the personnel trying their best to make this a great place to call home!

also these aparments have no parking spaces after 8:30 pm, the customer services is sucks, run out of water service at least for 2 hours per day, please never move to this place
