per emmanuel toliver Good afternoon, I have made customer contact via phone with Mr. Benitez (832-775-2000) to discuss possible wastewater issue at his residence. Can you please generate a new service request for a blockage on the service line. Advised Mr. Benitez that I would have new request generated so that a SWQ inspector could go back out and conduct another field investigationsince homeowner has installed a new service line and he states his clean-out is full at this time.
