The condition on this "vacant" house , 5 months later is worse now because the metal fence is gone and the plastic fence they put up is falling down. This is a definite safety hazard / attractive nuisance for neighborhood children.. Also with the upcoming closure of the Hillcroft bridge over Brays Bayou, Queensloch is going to become a major cut through street to avoid the intersection of Hillcroft and South Braeswood. There is incomplete safety fencing around the property, next door to me, which is due to home elevation where work has stopped many weeks ago. The property is dangerous & neglected.
