I drive by every day and saw the total renovation. I work close the building . I think the new owners made a good job changing this place. I asked for the price and the new management was courteous and friendly. The tour around the building was a good impression to me, especially in the furnished apartment. I filled a application and I will move next month.

I had visited this place and it is tottaly renovated. All brand new. Security sytem main entrance and parking lot.

I love this place, it has been completely renovated. The kitchen is awesome and the closets are large walk-ins. The location is great close to the freeway and nightlife on Richmond.

Drugs, drug dealers, crackheads, hookers , pimps ,more drugs... Let me tell you I moved there and could not beleive that such a place exhisted in real life. Even the managment was envolved in this ordeal. I moved out 4 days after i moved in. There are only 3 types of people living here :CRACKHEADS, DRUG DEALERS, AND BUSTED UP HOOKERS. I recommend taking a real close look at these apt. if you have any intension of moving into these!

ALOT OF CAR BREAK IN. MY CAR WAS ACTUALLY STOLEN OFF THE PROPERTY.HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEP ACROSS THE STREET WHERE THE PARK IS.MAITNENCE IS TERRIBLE!
