With Entrance door keys, camers, and the apartment's design Atrium Regency is a very safe place to live. The parking on site is convently located and abundent. I wish the floors and walls were built thicker. They are very easy to hear through. Thankfully, I have very quiet neighbors. The staffs customer service for me individually wasn't the greatest. Not to mention the way they out right treated me different with their looks and conversation, there were actually some sourt of speakers put in every room of my apartment that were not their during the viewing a few days prior. Also there is some sourt of moldy smell inside of my kitchen cabinets. However, maintenance and office personnel stated that they weren't able to smell anything at all. But overall I would defiantly recommend this place.

I stayed here for a year. It is a quiet and safe place! You never have to worry about not having a parking spot, or having your car vandalized since it's a gated community. Areli and Stephanie are wonderful people. They'll make sure that your requests for maintenance are fulfilled at the earliest possible. It's also close to a park, if you like to get out a lot even if just for a walk. I will miss this place, to be honest. I'd to move out only because I now live less than ten minutes away from my workplace.

I recently moved here with my wife and children, it is an excellent place for living, very quiet, clean and comfortable. They are all great people focused on the wellness of the residents. An especial mention to Arelis and Mr Jose (Maintenance), they are very kind and professional doing their jobs. The maintenance personnel is awesome. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The new management under Ms stephanie is doing a great job. The modifications and the paintings are turning the apartment in to a better place to live. Never encountered a parking problem even after mmidnight. The automatically monitored gates and playing grounds have created a wonderful living atmosphere. Loved it!

latino workers drinking, whistling and getting loud at the parking lot, i don't feel safe

I lived in this apartment for the last 6 months. I love this apartments they are really safe compare the ones down the street. few days ago I had a problem with this heavy rains and I had a leak in my bedroom, but the problem was fix few days later. my only problem is that the gym is only open during office hours so my only advice for the managers is for them to open the gym 24 hours. Other than that I'm really happy and I don't plan to leave this apartment any time soon.
