Amazing how recent these reviews are and how spot on they are.

I moved in with my bf in January and the day of our move in the leasing manager got fired for having sexual relations with another staff member on the clock in the office. Since moving in we have had nothing but problems. Starting with the fridge.... it is very old and has dead roaches in the seal, painted wire shelves with the paint chipping off, and the seal broken. The stove wasn't working properly, the sink is leaking in the kitchen, the garbage disposal keeps braking and instead of replacing it they just keep fixing it. Not to mention it is supposed to be cable ready which we recently got and had to run a very long line to connect it because it had been cut. I noticed mold in the top corner or the shower and reported it because it was growing they said it was just from the water getting on the wall.... all the way up there I don't think so. Besides if it wasn't something bad then why was it spreading? Then I started to notice the mold on the air vent in the beadroom which is now almost completely black due to the growing mold. Then I noticed it on the vent in the living room then the one in the bathroom. All they tell us is it needs to be clean. Why the hell should I have to clean it when it's their fault? For it to be like this there has to be something in the wall. I can't believe people can act like nothing is wrong when people complain so much. I would have left when I moved in if it wasn't for not wanting to build my credit back up. I wouldn't even want my worst enamy to have to live in a dump like this. Not to mention the laundy facilitys arn't good at all. Half the dryers don't dry all the way and you have to spend twice the money to dry them two or more times. And last but not least this complex along with the oter two owned by the same company just had a million dollar rinovation. I would like to know where all the money went because even though the outside might look half way desent the inside looks like they just wipedown and paint eveything when someone moves out then tricks the next person that comes along into buying the place before they have a real chance to look things over.

i have lived here at the lake for about 5 months. The office staff is great. Always hands on. I always see manager out walking, it seems she takes alot of pride in the property. My request are always done in a timly matter. As for the previous review she/he probably lied on application. When i applied i had a response on the very same day.I am soo happy here.i have refered my friends here also.

Pursing legal action againt this company. They try to get you to lie on your application to get approved. When you are not approved they refuse to refund you your deposit and holding fee. We had the phone hung up on us when we asked when the money would be returned. The staff in this place are criminals and are not afraid to show it. Do not rent here. RUN!!! If you don't believe us check them out on the BBB website.

I was reading the reviews on this property and notices a comment about a possible rape. The property, by law, must let a residents know if a rape has taken place on the property, a sexual pretator, or felon is livng in the complex. The only thing a manager doesn't have to tell you is if someone died in a unit because the unit is being leased and not sold(when selling a house you must disclose this info).Just FYI. Good luck.
