A REAL ---- HOLD!!!!!!! THIS WAS ROACH CITY!!!!!!!!!! AND ------ CITY!!!!!!! NO LIE IT WAS SO BAD HERE THAT I MOVE OUT IN ONE WEEK!!!!!!!!!! I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THEY TORE DOWN THIS POS ------ APARTMENT!!!!!

ive never lived there & dont know anyone who lives in these rachet --- apts but theres a reason WHY THEIR ON THE NEWS & GETTING SHUT DOWN!!

They don't fix anything just look to collect rent money they need to tear those apartments down it rain in these apt,they have a lot of insects,all kinds of dogs wondering around,fighting,and noisy if I was you I would run away from this place you better off going to Broadway..

I would not advise anyone to move in crestmont village because of the following reasons: dirty carpets, dirty and broken appliances, outlets needs to be changed, roaches and other bugs, no parking place for ppl who live there, maintenance barely fix anything, one sink in kitchen, neighbors dont care about others they throw trash all over the yard and they sit on the window seal bringing lots of noise, dont get a downstairs cause you will hear the person living upstairs walking and running water.The kids do whatever they want also they be outside all time of night.The manager gets nothing done these apartments need to be remodeled before they move people in here....Very bad place to live this is the worst place that I ever had to live in I learned from it too...

my sister and her 14 year old son moved there last year stayed one month and moved now they want to charge her $1300.00 for breaking her lease how can anyone raise a family there unless they are raising gangsters this is not for people who want better for their children this place is the worst i seen cuney homes dont have anything on this

The manager at Crestmont Village Apts. is indeed "BLACK" So,for the individual to say that she is prejudice is insane.

this is a highly drug infested area with over 5 deaths in the last eight years, it is being misrepresented....the office manager is very rude, racist, and indulges in extreme racial profiling and predjudice

Damn another day of -------- 01/15/2012! The hot water literally worked for about ten minutes and then it was off again. I am so pissed my kids and I can't even bathe in the bath-tub. I'm tired of getting burnt from having to boil water just to bathe, and when we bathe it's in the damn sink so imagine that. I'm so furious I want every dime I spent over here, and yes Ididn't pay this month, for what! This apartment is a wreck, my stove is raggedy, I have leaks everywhere, it stinks no matter how much I clean, my carpet was half cleaned, it's roaches everywhere. I sat my pizza down for one minute and when I looked up roaches were all over it. PISSED!!!!!! They need to blow these apartments up they aren't worth anything, not even five cents!

these are some peace of ---- as apartments. i wouldnt recommend anyone to live there or even come visit there. the dumpsters are always filled to the top, trash is in parking lot, you cant even park your car cause they put trash in the parking spots. they dont fix ----, and the grounds keeping is poor, beer cans everywhere, dirty diapers on the ground, and stray dogs just roam around the apartments all day long. the staff inside the office talk to you like your ----,SHARON IS A STRAIGHT UP -----. the security just walk around and they cant control a damn thang, the police dont call everyday. please dont move over here cause im ready to go my damn self.
