I don’t know what to say it cool to live there I have favorite cousin in family live there in it not mess at all you just got to stay to your self in get alone with other people gone be messs in wanna fight no you tell the people that work in the office in stay low key that all I have to say in god blessed yall

Its sad how they mess with our hot water and dont give a notice to inform us that they cutting it off or working on it and we left 2 or 3 days witout hot water,but they quick to put a notice on people doors when its time for inspection day to come around..

How much was the deposit to move into the apartments

Haverstock gave me a home where I don't have to pay and can get my self together for my kids. It's not perfect, ---- houston ain't perfect but I'm here bcuz I need help and they are helping me. Most of the bad comes from people letting bad people visit. We need to fix ourselves to fix haverstock. It's not management it's us as a people. Go to the center and join the programs they got. It helps and there good people.

Haverstock Hill Apartments is a great area to be at . The staff is very helpful. An outfit that is available for the community. In the Paggi community center I received a TWIC card , financial aid on my lights and clothes and shoes. This center has been very uplifting in my life.

let me say this when moving anywhere you will always be at risk for crime ... i know these apartments have gotten a bad rep in the past and a lot has went on here horrible things in the past ... but its much better now there is a curfew which helps ... and if something out of the ordinary happens like maybe a fool acting out if the office catches wind of this they will shut it all the way down and those people involved will be put out period no questions asked police are here regularly the due random checks at the gate asking for i.d.'s and anyone that doesn't check out will be taken to jail ... with all this going on it makes things very livable and as far as people hanging out there are a few but its not to the point of where its a problem and ALSO as far as your kids safety your children are as safe as you allow them to be no matter where you are you should not just allow your children to roam freely to do as they please an a apartment complex they should only be outside when you are to watch them period its predators everywhere waiting for a slip up to do what they want to kids so watch them at all times period ive been here 6 months and its been fine ... maintenance fixes whatever needs to be fixed in a decent amount of time the mailbox area is locked after 6pm i mean if your approved over here its awesome while you get your ---- together to better just mind your business and watch your kids watch them at all times if they are playing outside dont let them roam they should stay in front of the house near the door and if you not able to watch them they shouldnt be allowed outside period but as far as Haverstock hills its what you make it its very livable and decent .

THE MANAGEMENT OVER HERE CLAIMS TO BE BY THE BOOK BUT THE ONES THAT NEED THE APARTMENTS THAT PAY THEIR RENT AND CAUSE NO TROUBLE THEY KICK THEM OUT BUT THE ONES WHO HAVE THEY BOYFRIENDS LIVING WITH THEM HANGING OUT SHOOTING,FIGHTING, SELLING DRUGS, RAPING AND KILLING ... THOSE THE ONES THAT THEY ARE FRIENDS WITH.. RIDICULOUS I SAY FIRE THE MAIN MANAGER PUT THE OTHER ONES ON DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR 3 MONTHS AND GO APARTMENT TO APARTMENT AND CLEAN OUT THE RIFF RAFF..

These place is the absolute worst- I'm not speaking of the aesthetics of it but the sanitation of it. this management should be ashamed of themselves allow tenets to live in infested apartment. I have a family member who stays here and her son stays sick because of these living conditions. She has confronted the management multiple times and NOTHING has been done. I pray that she is able to move out of here very soon because this is no place to live and stay healthy. 3 of her neighbors where able to move to better complexes because they couldn't stand the roach infestation either.
