The management was rude. I moved out and turned in my keys on the last day of my contract. The response I got was "You wasted an entire day of mine that clean up work could've been done. Why?" with a accusing tone. It's not even late. It was on the last day of my terms. Anyway, the complex itself is full of garden plots, planted by the Chinese residents there. Not bad for scenery. The laundry didn't seem too sanitary, but still in acceptable condition. Demographic is around 95% Chinese and 5% --------.

I did left my key inside the apartment last month, and was unable to get in the apartment in late evening. The maintenance guy did come back from home and opened the door for me. Thanks to the maintenance team.

We lived here for years and loved it. You can save money living here or if you are on a strict budget this is a great place for family. We were zoned to great schools, the rent was priced for what you get and the manager and maintenance do a good job. The location is fantastic. There is a roach problem so you have to be extra careful about leaving food out or put combat roach squares in every room. I spent $20 every three months on roach control but these apartments are old and for the price we shouldn't complain too much. You even get covered parking. I loved that every evening the tenants walked around the complex for exercise. Soon our family was doing the same thing.

Hello, I just moved in to the Mark VI apartments. Apartment 106. I have no complaints. The management is very nice and understanding and the maintenance guys are cool. NOW TO THE POINT... Me and my wife have notice a "figure" that keeps peeping his/her head or running across a door way. The figure seems to be about the height of a door knob. Just curious if it's just our heads messing with us or if there is another being sharing this apartment with us. So if you have any input... please respond.

The apartment is very old and the room smells really bad. The manager is not nice at all. Except yelling and blaming, she doesn t have other managing skills. The maintenance staff is very rude and impolite, so do not feel surprised if they enter your room without notifying you and leaving a note. Stay away from this apartment.

Apartment is old but near good schools for children. Very safe and always have everything broke fixed by Jimmy quick. Will live here a long time.

the manager is very bad. And has the big noise all day.They did not refond your Deposit anyway.

We've lived here for a few years and feel it is a great place to live. It's very conveniently located and the schools a top notch. The Galleria seems to be just around the corner, too.

My privay was invaded. They entered my room and never left a note on my door. It's illegal. The apartment management is very bad, and services either. The apartment environment is very dirty and noise. I never understand the corporate office still hire the couple as manager and management.

Manager is very nice.but some apartment in bad shape.The yard feel like a prison.but it is cheaper and close to the Med center,Their kids can go to Pershing mid or Bellaire High
