METER LEAK/CUSTOMER STATED RECEIVED A HIGH WATER BILL
back yard has rats and snakes and is full of trash, city trash service is not being used. all trash is just thrown into back yard daily, turning into a dangerous situation. Please look into this as soon as possible.
Trash is not being disposed of, trash can stays in street for months, weeds and vines are overtaking the house. Rats and snakes are present, entire backyard is turning in to a trash dump. Dogs are locked inside garage and only let out to eat the trash while rats are running around. Its very disgusting and horrible.
