There is a business called Eagle Used Tires at the corner of Old Spanish Trail and Delafield Street. Someone has dumped roughly 100 old tires on the side of the building that faces Delafield Street. It is the only part of the property that is not protected by a fence. Tires inside the fence belong to the business owner. Could someone from the city please go and pick up the tires from outside the property? Thank you.
