Email: I have a PVC pipe in front of my home, at the entrance of my driveway that is blocked and has sewage overflowing, with bad smells throughout my cul de sac. This has happened before in the past and the city has come to unblock and even dug under the street to fix this issue. I believe our next door neighbor is the one who's clogging the drains and is at the possible root of this problem.
