this lot is continually being used as a trash dump site. It is directly across from 5507 Chapman, and next to 5516 Chapman.

several tires, and alot of trash in ditch in front of vacant lot, right next to where i live at 5516 Chapman. THis lot seems to have a continual problem of trash being dumped . Perhaps the city could put up a sign, or talk to the owners of the lot to keep it cleaned up.
