Citizen states there is a water leak in the city right of way.
My water main input into the house, aka the plastic box in my front yard where I can turn off the water to my home, is leaking at a rate of about a tablespoon every minute. This is a persistent problem that has been going on for months now, that I originally thought was just my irrigation system so did not worry about it.
