the problem is at the intersection of Braesmont and South Braeswood. The first two pictures show the pipe that was installed on the north side of the eastbound two lane South Braeswood road. Perhaps the installation has negatively affected the backflow preventer under the intersection of South Braeswood and Braesmont. The third picture is the lifting station at that intersection. It can serve as a point of reference for where the water was flowing backwards through the storm sewers on Braesmont
