The property surroundings, and backyard are littered with trash and stored items, that appear to be in broken or in poor condition. The adjoining sidewalks were over grown with vegetation. The rodent problem is awful and most neighbors are going above and beyond in keeping their shrubs attended to, and garbage and trash disposed of timely and stored so that the rodents have not access to for food/water
No person who owns, controls, or occupies real property shall use the property for the open storage of any dead tree, refuse, glass, building material, or of any inoperable motor vehicle, boat, refrigerator, stove, or other object of a reasonably similar — Ord: 10-361(d)
