I've had a case already; the number is 2200634590. We were given a window unit that has now shorted the electricty and we were without power for 3 days. The window unit is only for the living room and our bedrooms still register between 79-82 degress. Our A/C has been out since Oct 11th and we haven't heard anything for about 2 weeks due to the firing of the previous manager

I live across the street from Auden Houston apartment complex located at 5500 Sampson St, Houston, TX 77004; phone - (281) 978-4292. The side of the complex faces my house located at 3133 Prospect St, Houston, TX 77004. I (and other neighbors) have complained numerous times to the apartment management regarding all manner of waste that their tenants throw from their balconies, but the mess persists.
