THE FENCE AND GATE ON THIS BACKYARD OF THIS HOME IS UNSIGHTLY !! SURELY THERE IS A CODE VIOLATION FOR THE GATE

junk in front yard, and residents keep garbage/recycling containers in front of front door in sight.
main complaint there is a lot of fence along side of Frey is missing and they tried to make a gate. Isnt there some codes on how fences/gates should look ? Still a junk yard with a new tenant living in a tent in the back yard
